About the event
Open to all skill levels, ages 13 and up, this hands-on ceramics workshop invites students to design and create a custom sushi set using slab-building techniques. Participants will craft a coordinated set that includes a serving plate, dipping bowl, and chopstick rest, while learning how to add texture, pattern, and personal design details to make each piece uniquely their own.
After the initial building session, students will return for a second class to glaze their work once it has been fired, bringing their finished sushi set to life with color and finish.
No prior ceramics experience is required—just bring your creativity and enjoy the process.
