About the event
Join local artist Lindsay Tobias for Live Figure Drawing Sessions at the Bayou Arts Center! In this relaxed, social environment, participants will work from a live, clothed model through a series of timed drawing exercises designed to build confidence, improve observation skills, and strengthen technique through repetition.
These sessions are open to artists of all experience levels (ages 16+), whether you’re just getting started or looking to refine your practice. The atmosphere is welcoming, supportive, and focused on creative growth.
Please bring your preferred drawing medium, sketchbook, and supplies. Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.
Class Cost: This is a Pay What You Can class with a $15 minimum ticket price, and a suggested contribution of $15–$25+
