Ceramic Candelabra Hand-Building Class with Courtney Krempa

Join us for a playful one-day ceramics class where you’ll design and create your very own candelabra from clay. With the holidays coming up, you can make the perfect hosting centerpiece or a gift for someone special. We’ll provide a locally sourced snack and beverage for you to enjoy while you create. You’ll also take home a set of beeswax taper candles for your finished product!

In this class, you’ll learn basic hand-building techniques, such as pinch pots and coil building, to construct your design of choice. Once you’re done crafting your masterpiece, you have the option to paint your piece with a few select ceramic paints, if you prefer something more colorful. Otherwise, the instructor will finish the glazing process from your choice of selected glazes.
