Jennifer Smith is a dedicated local Realtor and key partner in the Smith & Southern Collective at Rosemary Beach Realty alongside her husband William Royce Smith and Roxanne Southern, where she specializes in luxury residential real estate. A graduate of Florida State University, Jennifer combines her professional expertise with a deep passion for community and the arts.

After relocating from Atlanta to Walton County in 2003, Jennifer quickly immersed herself in the community, first volunteering with the Cultural Arts Alliance (CAA) at the Flutterby Festival. Her enthusiasm and commitment led her to serve as Festival Director for the ArtsQuest Fine Arts Festival in 2012 and later as the CAA’s Director of Events, shaping experiences that continue to define the organization today.

Now leading the Board of Directors, Jennifer brings a unique perspective as both a former team member and longtime advocate. She understands firsthand how vital a thriving arts and culture scene is—not only to community spirit but also to the strength of the local economy. With a focus on building sustainable partnerships, she is committed to ensuring the arts remain a vibrant and lasting part of Walton County.

When she’s not working or serving the community, Jennifer loves traveling and discovering new cultures through food, wine and art with family and friends. Her personal mission is simple but powerful: to champion the arts as a cornerstone of connection, creativity, and growth.
