Raised in Nashville and shaped by decades on the road, Marc brings a sound that’s equal parts soulful, seasoned, and effortlessly cool. From his early days as a teenager playing clubs in Memphis and Nashville to performing on iconic stages like the Grand Ole Opry and the Fillmore West, his career is layered with real stories, real music, and a whole lot of heart. While attending college, Harris balanced academics with weekend touring as a member of the rock band Radio One. The group recorded an independent album with producer Brent Maher (The Judds) and performed showcases for major labels including A&M and Virgin Records. After graduation, Harris hit the road with county artists, Lee Roy Parnell, John Berry, Victoria Shaw, and Stacy Dean Campbell. Marc was handpicked by famed director Steven Goldman to appear in Shania Twain’s music video for “No One Needs to Know.” In the beginning of the video, Marc and the band performed the song live. While working for John Berry, whose hit “Your Love Amazes Me” topped the charts, Marc had the opportunity to perform live on CBS’s ‘The Road’. This session produced the song “You and Only You,” which became CMT’s first-ever official live performance music video. In 2024, Marc founded VIBEVILLE MUSIC, a music promotion and production company aimed at helping independent artists navigate the industry. Marc Harris plays his coastal music frequently in N.W. Florida at resorts, clubs and amphitheaters. His original music sounds like rockabilly played with elegant Surf Rock style.
