James Mulling is a self-taught artist based out of Freeport Florida. James although surrounded by the beaches and oceans chooses to focus on the forests, mountains, streams, lakes and sometimes even cold winter snow of the north as his subject matter while highlighting his desire for peace and solitude through his work. His works often represents pathways weaving through various terrains, venturing from darkness into light symbolizing life's journey towards a spiritual destination.
