Mindy Moore lives and paints in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Through her paintings, she transforms thoughts into visual expressions, inviting viewers to consider what a thought might look like if it had a physical form. Each piece serves as a window into the complexity of the mind, blending color, texture, and shape in dynamic ways to capture the ephemeral nature of ideas, thoughts, and emotions. 

Robyn Martins divides her time between oils and mixed media to create abstract impressions of her surroundings. Her goal is to create spaces she’d like to stand in [a lush landscape], objects she’d like to hold [a beautiful flower], or inspiring ideas [a favorite memory]. She has lived in several states—New Jersey, Alabama, Indiana, Ohio, and Florida. And she has lived in various environments—the city, the suburbs, small towns, and now a beach town. Each of these experiences comes through in her work.

The two artists met on the Emerald Coast of Florida. While they have collaborated before on projects, this is their first time collaborating on a piece of artwork. Using a color palette drawn from the natural environment, they worked to create pieces that celebrate the local ecosystems that make this area unique. Like the coastal dune lakes that share an intermittent connection with the Gulf. Or the sugar white sand dunes and Longleaf Pine forests along with the indigenous creatures that call them home.

Artwork is on display and available for pick up at Emerald Coast Theatre Company at 560 Grand Boulevard, Ste. 200, upstairs. If shipping is requested, arrangements will be made with the artist and incurred costs will be paid by the purchaser in a separate transaction. Please have your receipt ready to show for pick up.
