Tim Harbeson graduated with honors from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts where he received a classical education in painting, drawing and sculpture. While maintaining a grasp on his classical foundation in visual art he has diverged widely in his exploration of his creative voice, delving deeply into disparate forms of technique and design.

His work as a shipwright, woodworker, carpenter, mason and blacksmith has informed his technique, while he has developed his design work through music performance and composition, puppetry, furniture design and set design. Since relocating with his family from the northeast to Santa Rosa Beach, Tim’s been inspired to produce a body of new work, pulling and transforming materials from his surroundings in a lifelong endeavor to positively transform our world.
