After graduating from university in fashion design and painting, Florida-based artist Liubov (Love) Haskins draws inspiration from her extensive experience teaching drawing, painting, and colorimetry at university, as well as her theater career as a scenographer, set and costume designer. And as a fresh immigrant, she is fascinated by America’s nature, the ocean, the colors, and most importantly, the people. Her work is based on her “philosophy of aesthetics” to express the beauty of nature and the emotions conveyed by the face. In addition to paintings, she also designs a line of beautiful natural stone jewelry and exquisite authors dolls. Her award-winning works have been featured in international fashion shows and art galleries.
