'JD' is a professional photographer specializing in family portraits. He was born with a camera in his hand. After graduating high school, JD continued his education at The  University of North Texas, and received his degree in Fine Arts.

He used his bilingual skills to open doors to some of the top photographers in the world and apprenticed with them until it was time for him to go his own way. Off he went on a 30-year whirlwind career in fashion and advertising. His wife retired and wanted to return to the area where she had grown up, at Eglin Air Force Base. So this Texas family decide to move to Miramar Beach, Florida. His puppies, Noah and Moses think it’s the best move ever!
