About the Event

Join us Thursday, February 18th at Noon for “The Art of Croquet.” This virtual event is part of Art on Demand, a series of virtual events brought to you by the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County in partnership with Alys Beach, and Florida Department of State, Division of Cultural Affairs.

Alys Beach welcomes renowned vintners and local culinary favorites for its annual 30A Wine Festival. Despite taking a “pause” from the large-scale annual festival this year with the more intimate Intermezzo event series marking the place of 30A Wine Festival 2021, the Rosé and Croquet event will once again be a highlight. This event features a croquet tournament which concludes the weekend’s festivities. During this episode of “The Art of Croquet,” viewers will learn a brief history of the game and enjoy a short demonstration with last year’s Tournament Champions, the Buffingtons, and their friends and sometimes opponents, the DeBartolas. Grab your mallets, a glass of your favorite rosé and get your game faces on after watching this episode!

This event will be viewable on both the 30A and Cultural Arts Alliance’s Facebook pages as well as available on the CAA website following the premiere.
